There is something wrong with my website and its driving me crazy!

So I want other people with different browsers/ operating systems / living in different countries to see if they get the same error!

About a week or two ago, the language encoding on my website changed and no one has changed anything. I can not pin it down to anything.

My question is, is this just affecting my computer, or are other people getting it too?

I would love feedback, because this is driving me insane, if you wanna help me and I would love you long time...

go to my website here

on the left hand side is a tag board. It should look like this format...

Person's Name >> Persons's Message

However since this started the >> is changing into ? For some odd reason the browser is loading the wrong language encoding and is unable to show that character.

The other page is affects is...
still on the main site, go to the portal and go to page nine and there is a Spanish girl on there who has a é in her name. This is showing up to me as a square wrong character.

I just want to know, is it all looking normal to you? or is it just my computer and somethings fucked up with it?
I noticed that if I change the encoding on my browser in view/encoding on my most browsers it corrects it! My browser loads unicode as default and changing it to western europe (iso) or (windows) corrects it! I don't know why its loading the wrong default character set!

Anyway if you let me know any feedback, even if it looks totally normal for you, its much appreciated :) I want to rule things out!
